Branding

I take pride in working with brands to develop their voice, define their personalities and showcase their differentiators through all the most effective channels. I believe meaningful decision-making starts with knowledge, understanding and data. I respect the details and value systematic approaches and processes.

Brands are like people. Every one is unique with their own personality traits and characteristics that make them, them! Unlike people though, brands can be manufactured and manipulated. Brands are defined by the perceptions of those who interact with a company - not the company themselves. We can only guide them, creating guardrails to keep their communication consistent and accurately aligned with their beliefs. What great brands understand is when you can connect on an emotional level with your audience through shared values, you can convert employees to evangelists and customers into brand advocates.
